This week we continue our study of PLOT. Terms such as introduction, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution, setting, conflict and character development will be reinforced. The culminating activity will be Pajama Day! Students will be creating their own picture books to share during our "story time". Please be sure to keep up with project due dates in order to ensure that your final product is completed on time. The project rubric below gives details/criteria for your book. TUE. Begin drafting story for your picture book - SKIP LINES when drafting HW: none
WED. Continue drafting your story HW: Complete draft of story if necessary - We will have peer editing tomorrow. The following must be completed prior to tomorrow.
1) Include all six types of figurative language in your story
2) At least one example of dialogue within the story
