If you wish to be involved in Ryder's "Carve Out Cancer" 5K Race and Festival at Dodgen on Sat., Oct. 8, you can register for the race and read more information about the festival at this link:

The beneficiary of this race is the Rally Foundation (
www.rallyfoundation.org) which was started as a response to 8th grade teacher, Nancy Olson's, quest to improve how under-funded childhood cancer research is after her son, and former Dodgen student, Will Olson, was being treated for a relapse of his brain and spinal tumors. Unfortunately, Will is currently being treated for a second relapse. During the week of Oct. 3-7, Dodgen's Awareness Club is collecting donations for the national fundraiser
4 Quarters 4 Research, which is a Rally fundraiser that was started in honor (and unfortunately now in memory) of Pope senior football player, Matt Hobby, who battled cancer in his junior and senior year at Pope. All donations are welcome--cash, check or change!
Thank you for your generosity!
