Smoothies on Sale this Friday!!!

Smoothies_4 Smoothies will be on sale this Friday at 8:45 in the a.m. in the cafeteria.  They are $2.50.  All sales benefit Relay For Life. Cash only.

Other smoothie dates are:  10/3, 10/17,11/7, 11/21,

12/3, 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/24, 5/8, 5/15.

Relay For Life (the event) is May 9/10.

Students who are interested in competing next year on the Reading Bowl Team are asked to read as many of the books as possible. They are also required to write sets of ten questions & answers, with page numbers noted, for each of the books they read. Please submit them to Ms. Klodnicki upon completion. Go Dodgen!!!

Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl Team

Congratulations to the Dodgen Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl Team! This was their first time ever to compete. The team went all the way to state semi-finals. The competition consisted of questions which are based on 20 Georgia Peach Award nominees. A buzzer system is used during the competition. More

A great big "Thank you to Ms. Gonyea, Ms. Smalley, Mr. Schnitger, Ms. Newcomer, Ms. Calleiro and all of student council for the tremendous support of Relay For Life. The Talent Show was fantastic!

Another special thank you to our fabulous four fearless friends: Coach Daniel, Coach Wilkes, Mr. Veeder and Mr. Wilson for your entertaining abilities on stage. Thank you to all the teachers who were willing to give it a shot for Relay as well as all of the students who helped with their contributions!!!!

The Otherworldlies

Hpim0266 Thank you, Jennifer Kogler!  I think I can say that we all enjoyed the visit with Jennifer Kogler, author of "Ruby Tuesday" and "The Otherworldlies".

"The Otherworldlies" is available for $14 from the school store (currently on reorder).  Make your check out to "Jennifer Kogler" and give it to Ms. Klodnicki and she will reserve a signed copy for you.
